The Issaqueena Trail Site

The Issaqueena Trail Site
This is Issaqueena Trail, a residential road and the Eastern Gateway to the City of Clemson. This two-lane road is the wrong place for a Lowe's shopping center. Look at the photos below and remember that these places once looked like Issaqueena Trail.

Lowe's Shopping Center Anderson

This is highway commercial development. This is what Issaqueena Trail could look like in 10 to 15 years.

Lowe's Shopping Center Easley

This is highway commercial development. This is what Issaqueena Trail could look like in about 10 years.

Lowe's Shopping Center Seneca

This is highway commercial development. This is what Issaqueena Trail could look like in 5 to 10 years.

The Walmart at 18 Mile Road

The Walmart at 18 Mile Road
Is this what City Council still wants for Issaqueena Trail? This is highway commercial development when it first begins to develop. The aerial photo is already out of date.
